New FA Respect campaign targets abusive grassroots players and parents The latest campaign in the Football Association's Respect programme launches this week - aiming to help further reduce levels of anti-social behaviour both on and off the pitch. The hard hitting 'Are you Losing it?' campaign targets abusive grassroots players and parents, and encourages disaffected team-mates and spectators to put a mirror up to those most in need of a wake up call for their bad behaviour.

Prince William to recognise Respect and Fair Play

The FA is today delighted to launch the 2010 Respect and Fair Play Awards which will recognise those leagues, clubs, organisations and individuals that are seeking to promote high standards of behaviour in our national game. The winners of each category will be invited to attend the 2010 FA Cup Final sponsored by EON and be presented with their Awards and a cash prize by Prince William

Grassroots football clubs continue to be given a helping hand by their local McDonald's restaurant under the FA and McDonald's Club Twinning Programme, which provides grassroots teams with new kit and equipment.

New Hope FC in Salford, Bramley Phoenix FC in Leeds, and Wandle Wanderers FC in Putney have all recently benefitted from support through the programme.
